The Brady Tarot: Second Edition

Decks have arrived in the US! Shipping scheduled to begin next week, and addresses will be locked on MAY 6TH!

I got an email today from the freight company stating that the decks have officially arrived in the US! Since I promptly paid the port fees, the decks will now begin their journey through the Rocky Mountains from the west coast to Denver. If all goes smoothly, I will have those decks ready for shipping in about a week's time. 

Now that the shipping date is more concrete, everyone has one week to update those addresses. Addresses will be locked on May 6th. If your address has not changed, no further action is required. If your address has changed, please make updates to it on BackerKit here:

If you are having trouble editing your information on BackerKit, please feel free to contact me directly and I will gladly update your address for you :)

I am so excited to get all your decks and other goodies out to their new homes (and right on schedule)!! More updates to come as things move forward 😊

Hi Kickstarter!

Now is the time to update addresses and double check your order on BackerKit!  At1 pm mountain time on Wednesday the 8th, the surveys and addresses will be locked, and anything you added to your order through BackerKit will be charged to your payment method. The card charge does not apply if you did not add anything to your initial Kickstarter pledge. I know money is tight for many right now, so if you need to adjust your BackerKit order before the charge goes through, now is the time!!

Once there, you can "Edit Your Order" to make changes. You may need to walk through the survey and payment method info again after editing. Of course, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

I also received the draw string bag replacements in the mail today, and while they are oriented correctly  so the image no longer falls off the edge when the cards are inside, the ink is still white and not silver. It's just too close to our shipping date to get them reprinted, so I'll send them as they are since they still look good. I'm honestly really frustrated about this situation since I was very clear about what I wanted both times, but not everything can be perfect. Apologies for any disappointment this may have caused!

I've also had some requests for reading cloths from those who missed the Kickstarter. For now, the cloths are Kickstarter exclusive still, and I have about 20 of them left at this point. I will put them on my webstore once I complete fulfilling KS orders and pre-orders!

We are getting closer!! Now we gotta wait for those decks to arrive :)

Last night, I received word that the decks have shipped out from China! The first edition decks took about 5 weeks so if everything goes the same way this time, your decks will ship to you between April 27th and May 8th.

Now that the decks are on their way, I can finally give a date for locking down your orders on BackerKit. You have until 1 pm Mountain Time on April 8th to make any adjustments to your order. I will be locking down addresses and charging cards for any extras you added after the campaign on April 8th, so please make updates to your survey before then! This applies to EVERYONE so please please double check everything now!

I also got the reading cloths back from Joe! He had a ton of technical issues with printing these cloths, but the vast majority of them turned out like this:

 I went to wash them, and after I pulled the first batch out I noticed the ink had not been fully cured. So about 20% of the cloths ended up looking distressed. While it wasn't exactly what I was going for, I honestly kind of love the faded ones. They all faded from the top, and the texture and gradient is really beautiful and grunge-y. It also deposited a thin layer of sparkles on the cloths. For the faded ones, I will be adding silver stars by hand in the top portion of the print. I've added them into the image digitally below since the silver fabric ink I will use is still on its way, but I think the hand-painted stars will look soooo good (better than the pic). I'll post pictures of the hand-painted stars once I get those pens.

I did go back and completely cure the ink in all of these cloths, so you will not have any fading if you wash them.

The printers are now saying the decks should ship out this coming week (March 16th-20th). It's been frustrating having to wait and getting more delays, but with the Coronavirus affecting just about everything it's not super surprising. As always, I will post an update if this date changes. Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and understanding about the delays 🙏

I did get the enamel pins in the mail, and I am just so floored with the results! I've uploaded some pics below.

 We should also get the reading cloths in next week! Super excited about those.
